摘要
为了适应连铸中间包使用要求的提高,通过对我公司镁钙质喷涂料的研究,结合镁钙质喷涂料的施工使用要求,研究了木质素磺酸钙、结合剂及添加物对喷涂料的影响,改进了镁钙质喷涂料的施工和使用性能。通过试验和使用表明,该喷涂料具有良好的施工性能,自然干燥和烘烤过程中,裂纹及剥落现象明显减少;对渣的抗侵蚀性能好,能满足连浇10~11炉左右的要求。
With the increasing requirement of continuous caster tundish, combining with construction characteristics of magnesia calcium coating, the influences of prime calcium sulfate, matrix and additive on the property of coating have been studied. Through the improvement, this coating has good construction properties. During the process of baking, crack and flake - off are decreased obviously. Due to the enhancement of corrosion resisting property, this coating can meet the requirement of continually casting 10 - 11 heats.
