摘要
在外部性、网络外部性理论的基础上,深入研究分析信息消费的外部性问题;探讨信息消费外部性的含义、类型及其所具有的8个方面特性;根据福利经济学的思想,深入分析信息消费的正外部性和负外部性问题,并提出信息消费外部性的理论计量模型;最后就如何消除信息消费所产生的正、负外部性问题提出相应的对策。
Based on the theory of externality and network externality, this paper deeply researches and analyzes the externality issues of information consumption, and then discusses its connotation, types and eight characteristics. The paper also analyzes in depth the positive externality and negative externality of the information consumption on the basis of welfare economics. It puts forward a research model of the theory of information consumption externality. Finally, some relative countermeasures are brought forward on how to eliminate the negative effect of information consumption externality.
