文献计量分析在日本技术预见中的应用

The Application of Bibliometrics Analysis on the Technology Foresight in Japan

介绍日本第8次技术预见中文献计量分析的应用理念、具体实施方案、结果分析以及对科学研究的发展期望。重点介绍实施方案中如何利用文献计量分析确定快速发展的研究领域、对这些领域的内容分析以及这些研究领域中日本的研究水平分析。最后对文献计量分析应用于日本技术预见中的优点进行总结。

This paper introduces the application ideas, implementation ways and result analysis of bibliometrics analysis on Japan＇s eighth technology foresight. Especially the study on rapidly-developing research areas which got by using bibliometrics analysis, content analysis, Japan＇s research level of these areas are discussed. At last, the advantages of bibliometrics analysis on the technology foresight in Japan are summarized.
