专题文献著者群评价——一种“标准化”方法的探讨

Research on the Author Group——A Standardization Method of Evaluating Subject Literature

指出在人文社会科学研究领域,对学术文献著者学术成就的评价多以发文的数量为主,而对文献的质量评价没有一定标准,提出考察文献著者群的数量指标和质量指标相结合的评价体系,论述被引量作为质量指标的特殊作用,介绍“标准化”计量方法的含义和计算过程,并以“数字图书馆”专题文献为例,对103位核心著者进行评价排序,筛选出15位最有影响力的著者。

Though the number of papers published can be regarded as an evaluating index to the quantity of papers, there still lacks of a commonly accepted standardization for the quality of academic paper in the social and human science research. This paper presents a author group evaluating system in the combination of the quantity with the quality, In the meanwhile, it discusses the special role of the cited quantity as the quality index, then it introduces the meaning and computing procedures of the standardization method.
