摘要 简要介绍RSS相关技术及其聚合原理,竞争情报工作的种类和流程,从个性化的、推送式的、实时的和语义的四个角度系统介绍RSS聚合内容的特点,并在此基础上重点阐述其对竞争情报工作中情报收集、反竞争情报活动和竞争情报系统建设带来的影响和启示;最后列举国内外将RSS与竞争情报工作相结合的实例,总结RSS应用的优劣势,以期引起国内竞争情报人员对该技术应用的重视。 This paper briefly introduces the types and processes of competitive intelligence. Then it analyzes the characteristics of contents aggregation with RSS technologies, which shows its advantages particularly in terms of the customization, real-time pushed service and semantic organization of information resources. On this basis, the paper also expatiates on the influences of RSS on the information collection, defensive intelligence activities and the system construction of competitive intelligence. Finally, the author enumerates the merits and de-merits of RSS applications in the fields of competitive intelligence with some examples.
