摘要 本法以四硼酸锂为溶剂,添加适量氧化剂(LiNO_3).助溶剂(Li_2CO_3)和去气脱膜剂(HBr),并采用快速予氧化技术,用铂-黄坩埚在马弗炉中熔融制备玻璃片试样,用单道顺序式波长色散X射线荧光光谱仪(3070型)分析烧结焊剂中Mn、Fe、Si、K、Na等10个元素。用高纯氧化物或盐类以熔融法制备人工合成标样。部分元素的回归曲线是以散射背景作内标绘制的,从而用数量较少的标样获得了足够准确的分析结果。方法简便、快速、准确。 The sample of sintered soldering flux is heated with lithium tetraborate (solvent), lithium carbonate (flux), lithium nitrate (oxidant) and hydrobromic acid (non-wetting agent) in a Pt-Au crucible in muffle furnace in order to form a glass disc. To avoid damaging the crucible, a method of fast preoxidation has been developed. Standards are prepared with corresponding spectroscopically pure oxides or salts. Ten elements, including Mn, Fe, Si, K, Na etc., in the sample are determined. The primary radiation scattering backgrounds are utilized as interned standads to construct the calibration curves for some determinants in order to decrease the required number of standards. The precision and accuracy of the method are satisfactory, and the method is easy to carry out.
