摘要 《本草纲目》记载:大麦具有味甘、性平,有平胃止渴、消渴除热,益气调中,宽胸下气,消积进食,补虚劣,壮血脉.实五脏,化谷食之功能。 The barley drinks can remove fat, uncoil oily, help digest, and it can geniality maintain stomach when use it often, ever since near year, the barley drinks already become new style for pass the summer in a leisurely way and preserve one health by customer, this article introduce the key reference point of the barley drinks, and study at technologic flow/GMP control/technologic control of hot-filled product line, as well as append into condign Ninsin, etc., batch produce of barley drinks were succeed carry through. Thereby, a skill data of using for reference content are providing for the use of low acidity drinks for hot-filled product line.
