摘要 农药自从被广泛应用于农业生产以来,给人类社会带来了巨大的利益。然而,随着农业化学品品种的增多以及对其缺乏控制的滥用,也造成了诸如农药在食品、土壤以及水中的残留等负面作用。目前,农药残留问题已经逐步成为食品安全领域甚至是全球范围内备受关注的焦点。 The human beings have attained many benefits since pesticides applied in agriculture production. But with pesticides used correctly, it has brought many negative Influences, for example the residue in foods, soil and water. So, pesticides residue has been focused by all over the world. After this, many countries proposed rules about pesticides residue in foods. Japan brought out positive list system that benefits human health in one side, is a harsh rule for food enterprises on the other hand. In order to satisfy the strict requirements, multi-residue analysis method has been applied widely and effectively because it can analysis different Ingredients and chemicals at the same time.
