摘要 本文描述了一种石墨炉原子吸收光谱微机处理系统。该系统硬件由AppleⅡ微型计算机、12位多路模数转换器、温度测量系统、控制系统和高精度可调放大器组成。软件包括图形和数据处理程序,可同时读取吸光度和温度信号,绘出它们随时间变化的曲线以及Arrhenius图。数据处理程序提供了六种不同的浓度直读校正方法,记录样品分析的数据并打印分析报告。经测试表明系统本身对吸光度和温度在不同条件下的测定精度均能达到实际应用水平,适用于石墨炉原子化机理和批量样品分析的不同要求。 A microcomputer-controlled graphic and data processing system for atomic absorption spectrophotometer is described. The hardware of the system consists of an Apple II microcomputer, two floppydisk drivers, a 12' display monitor, a printer, a 12 bit A/D and D/A convertor, a temperature measurement device, a controller and two highly precise amplifiers. It is linked with a Perkin Elmer 5000 Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer. The software includes graphic program and numerical program. The graphic program controlled by the controller acquires the signals of absorbance and temperature simultaneously, draws their graphs and Arrhenius plots on the display monitor and prints a report. The numerical program provides six methods to calculate the concentrations of the samples, stores their data and prints the reports. The results show that the system is fit to do many different theoretical researches and sample analyses.
