摘要
本文针对利用不完备信息系统,应用粗糙集理论实现客户细分系统中客户个性化需求的挖掘过程,分析了建模过程的主要步骤和关键问题。应用实例表明,该模型是合理和可行的。
Using rough set method about imcomplete information system, in this paper, the process for datamining personal demand in customer subdivision system was providedand the major step of modeling and crucial problem was analyzed. Example shows, this model is reasonable and feasible.
