重症急性胰腺炎63例治疗体会

Treatment experience of 63 cases of severe acute pancreatitis

目的探讨重症急性胰腺炎的治疗经验。方法回顾性分析我院收治的63例重症急性胰腺炎患者的治疗情况。结果治愈51例,治愈率为80.95%(51/63),其中非手术治愈率为84.62%(33/39),手术治愈率为75%(18/24)。总死亡率为19.05%(12/63)。结论合理的非手术治疗,并把握好手术适应证和手术时机,是提高重症急性胰腺炎治愈率和降低死亡率的关键。

Objective To investigate the principles of treatment for severe acute pancreatitis （SAP）. Methods Sixty-three cases of SAP admitted to our institution were reviewed retrospectively. Results The overall cure rate was 80. 95% （ 51/63 ）. Among them, 39 cases underwent conservative treatment, with a cure rate of 84. 62% （33/39） , and 24 cases underwent operalive treatment, with a cure rate of 75% （18/24）. The overall mortality was 19.05% （ 12/63 ）. Conclusion To grasp reasonable conservative treatment,operation indication and timing is the key to increase curative ratio and decrease mortality of SAP.
