肝炎灵汤治疗病毒性肝炎的临床研究

Research of Ganyanling soup in treatment of viral hepatitis

目的对肝炎灵汤临床疗效作出评价。方法按中西医诊断标准选择病例,共观察125例慢性乙型肝炎轻度、中度肝胆瘀热、肝郁脾虚型患者,治疗组(加用肝炎灵汤)75例,对照组50例。结果两组疗效有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论该汤剂治疗慢性乙型肝炎改善临床症状及肝功能疗效确切,有明显的保肝、降酶、利胆、退黄作用;有较好的调节免疫、抗肝纤维化、抗病毒作用。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Ganyanling soup in treatment of viral hepatitis. Methods The method presses relevant inside in nation doctor to examine a patient the standard choice case, 125 patients with viral hepatitis were randomly assigned to therapeutic group （ 75 ） or control group （50）. Results The effect of therapeutic group was significantly better than that of control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Ganyanling soup can improve clinical symptoms, protect the liver, decline the enzyme, and benefit bile and back the yellow function obviously. It regulates betterly the immunity, anti-liver fiber turn, virus safe function.
