摘要
对管理创新能力的实验教学培养模式进行了探讨,从实验教学设计模式、实验教学运作管理模式方面推出提出了新思路,具有现实的指导意义。
This paper discusses the training model of experimental teaching for the management innovation, and advances the new ideas from experimental design patterns of teaching, experimental teaching operational management model. It has a realistic guiding significance.
