尿Cox-2蛋白、NMP22和尿脱落细胞学检查在膀胱癌诊断中的比较 被引量:3

摘要 目的比较尿Cox-2蛋白、NMP22和尿脱落细胞学检查在膀胱癌诊断中的价值。方法选择60例膀胱移行细胞癌和30例非膀胱肿瘤患者,同时行尿Cox-2蛋白、NMP22和尿脱落细胞学检查。结果尿Cox-2蛋白、NMP22和尿脱落细胞学的敏感性分别为88.3%,58.3%,21.7%;特异性分别为93.3%、80.0%和100%;Youden指数分别为81.6%、38.3%和21.7%。尿Cox-2蛋白的敏感性和Youden指数高于NMP22(P<0.05),同时NMP22的敏感性和Youden指数高于尿脱落细胞学(P<0.05)。结论尿Cox-2蛋白和NMP22是诊断和随访膀胱移行细胞癌的一种高敏感性和高特异性的指标。 Objective To study the diagnostic value of urine Cox-2 protein, NMP22 and exfoliative cytology in bladder carcinoma. Methods Urine Cox-2 protein NMP22 and exfoliative cytology wzre Cetected from 60 cases with bladder transitional cell carcinoma and other 30 controls. Resets The resuts showed that the sensitivities of urine Cox-2 protein, NMP22 and exfoliative cytology was 88.3%, 58.3% and 21.7% respectively, the specificity was 93.3%, 80.0% and 100% respectively,and the Youdell index was 81.6%, 38.3% and 21.7% respective- ly. The sensitivity at d Youden index of urine Cox-2 protein were significantly higher than those of NMP22, and the sensitivity and Youden index of NMP22 were significantly higher than those of urinary cytology (P〈0.05). Conclusions Urine Cox-2 protein and NMP22 are sensitive and specific markers in the diagnosis of bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
