本文论述了光谱标样均匀度检验方法的原理并使用BASIC语言编制了检验程序。该程序可以选择单板极差法,多板极差法和区间检验法进行检验,可以判断异常值并进行剔除,可以阅读参数表等。该程序经试用,结果可靠。本检验程序为国家级光谱标样的质量管理提供了快速、可靠的监测手段。

This paper deals with the principles of homogeneity test for spectrochemical standard reference materials and gives a homogeneity test program with BASIC language. This program has the functions of selecting the desired test procedure from the single plate-range test, the multiplate-range test and the interval test procedure, ascertaining and deleting the out-lying observations,and reading the desirable data. The present work is considered to be able to provide a reliable and rapid homogeneity test method for national spectrochemical standard reference materials.
