摘要
本文基于5-Br-PADAP显色反应并结合偏最小方差(PLS)回归方法提出了既灵敏度高又选择性好的多组分光光度测定方法。应用于锰铜锌镉的同时测定,可不经分离,方法简便。
Partial least squares (PLS)-spectrophotometry has been proposed for the simultaneous determination of multicomponent mixtures. As an available indirect multivariate calibration method, PLS is employed to treat a four component mixture system, which is composed of Mn, Cu, Zn, Cd chelating system with 5-Br-PADAP and TritonX-100. Good average recoveries and relative standard deviation are obtained.
