在中国近代哲学发展中,人性论问题依然是重要的哲学命题之一。由于中国近代思想变革的原由,人性观念也获得了新的时代意义。康有为在对儒家人性论进行了批判吸收的基础上,从人性本于自然、何为人性、人性平等与学的关系、人性与历史发展的关系等方面进行了深入探讨,从而超越了传统的人性论思想。其人性论不能片面的界定为自然人性论,而是自然人性论和道德人性论的统一。

Dufing the development of Chinese philosophy in modem times, the issue of humanism is still an important proposition in philosophy. As the idea transformed in modem times, humanism has got a new epoch meaning. Kang Youwei animadverted and absorbed the humanism of Confucianism, and discussed the humanism between nature , equality, history, what is humanism. He surpassed the traditional humanism. We cannot judge that his humanism is natural humanism, because it is an unite both natural and moral humanism.
