摘要 战略联盟已经成为一种十分普遍的企业组织形式。在旅游行业,旅游企业之间组建战略联盟在国外已屡见不鲜,在我国也呈现出良好态势。文章首先分析旅游企业战略联盟的特征和性质以及常见的联盟形式,认为战略联盟的稳定性受组织结构、企业文化、伙伴的选择等多个因素影响。文章最后针对旅游企业联盟不稳定的现状,提出了慎重选择联盟伙伴、注重跨文化管理等有利于增强联盟稳定性的措施。 Strategic alliance has been a common style of organization and producing to tourism corporations, especially in western countries, and in our country the style has also erected a good trend. The paper pointed out that it is a strategy for tourism corporations to organize strategic alliance, and its stability affected by organization structure, corporation culture and so on. Then the paper analyzed the stability of tourism strategic alliance, and believe that the tourism strategic alliance has high rate of failure, at the end, the author pointed out some useful measures to improve the stability of the tourism strategic alliance.
