汉代仓储职官考述

On the System of Barn Organs in Han Dynasty

仓官在汉代的官职体系中是一个比较特殊的群体,他们是管理仓储,行使有关行政、经济事务职能的载体,汉代国家极为重视对于仓储日常事务的监控,并且依照国家财政和帝室财政的区别,建立起从中央到地方,从内郡到边郡的仓储职官体系,这一体系从西汉到东汉屡有分合变迁,并且在秩级、职能、属员上形成了自己的特点。

The barn organs were very important community in Han Dynasty. It＇s them that who manage the grain reserves and exercise relevant administrative and economical business. The government paid much attention to the supervision of the daily business of the grain reserves. At the same time , they set up the barn organs from the central government to the regions according to the difference between national finance and emperor＇ s finance. This system was divided and combined from time to time from the West Han Dynasty to the East Han Dynasty and had it＇ s own specialties in the ZhiJi, work talent, and the officers belonged to it.
