Digital Simulation of Tool Orthogonal Rake Affecting Metal Cutting

摘要 采用弹塑性变形理论,利用有限元分析软件,建立了二维热—机耦合正交直角切削有限元模型,通过网格自适应技术模拟了切屑的形成,仿真了不同刀具前角对加工变形的影响。 Adopted the theory of elastic-plastic deformation, used the FEM analysis software, the two-dimension heat-mechanic coupling orthogonal cutting model is established, the typical work-piece chip breaking process is simulated with the adaptive meshing criteria, and the different tool orthogonal rakes affecting the cutting process are simulated.
