摘要
目的:探讨99mTC-TRODAT-1 SPECT多巴胺转运体(DAT)显像对帕金森病(PD)早期诊断的临床价值。方法:13例早期PD患者(PD组)和15例健康者(对照组)行脑DAT99mTC-TRODAT-1 SPECT显像,利用感兴趣区技术测定纹状体/小脑DAT摄取放射性比值(ST/CB)。结果:PD组患者症状两侧纹状体DAT摄取及症状同侧与对照组比较均显著降低(P<0.01)。对照组双侧纹状体DAT摄取差异无显著性意义。结论:脑99mTC-TRODAT-1SPECT DAT显像有助于PD早期诊断。
Objective: To evaluate the value of ^99mTC-TRODAT-1 SPECT dopamine transporter (DAT) imaging in the early diagnosis of Parkinson's disease (PD). Methods: Thirteen early-stage PD patients and 15 healthy controls were examined with ^99mTC-TRODAT-1 SPECT DAT imaging. Striatum (ST) specific uptake of ^99mTC-TRODAT-1 was calculated according to the ratio of DAT uptake in ST and cerebellum (CB). Results: In early-stage PD group,the DAT specific uptake of ^99 mTC-TRODAT-1 was significantly lower in contra-lateral ST than that in ipsi-lateral ST to the clinically symptomatic side. The DAT specific uptake of ^99mTC-TRODAT-1 was significantly declined in bilateral ST in early PD group as compared with that in control group (P〈0.01). There was no obvious difference in the DAT specific uptake of ^99mTC-TRODAT-1 in bilateral ST in control group. Conclusion: ^99mTC-TRODAT-1 SPECT DAT imaging may help to confirm the diagnosis of PD at early stage.
