摘要
目的:评估脑损伤患者前瞻性记忆受损情况,并探讨其训练策略。方法:30例脑损伤患者,随机分为训练组和对照组各15例,均给予药物、高压氧、物理疗法及传统疗法治疗。训练组同时进行计算机模拟现实环境刺激下的康复训练。治疗前后进行Rivermead行为记忆评分。结果:治疗4周后,训练组Rivermead评分明显高于对照组,模拟现实环境刺激下任务完成情况明显改善(P<0.01)。结论:计算机模拟现实技术既能对脑外伤患者前瞻性记忆受损情况进行评定,又能对其记忆功能进行训练,简单易行,且行之有效。
Objective: To assess the prospective memory in patients with brain injury and study the training strategy. Methods: Thirty patients with brain injury were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 15 patients each. Both groups received the same medical therapy, hyperbaric oxygen, physical therapy and traditional therapy, and those in the treatment group were simultaneously trained with naturalistic stimuli assisted by computer. Rivermead behavioural memory test (RBMT) was done before and after intervention. Results: After training for 4 weeks, the score on Rivermead test in treatment group was significantly higher than in control group, and the tasks with naturalistic stimuli were also improved significantly (P〈0.01). Conclusion: The technique of naturalistic stimuli assisted by computer could not only assess the prospective memory in patient with brain injury; but also train their memory function.
