摘要
大多数区域创新体系的研究关注具有良好条件的大都市圈,而对创新过程中缺乏战略参与者的中小区域研究较少。本文通过对区域创新体系研究成果的回顾和评论,探讨了制造型中小区域的创新体系构建及其区域创新政策。
Most research on regional innovation systems focused on high-tech clusters in large metropolitan regions with well qualifications. Much less interest is devoted to regional innovation systems in small and medium-sized regions that are less diversified as regards strategic actors in the innovation process. This paper provide a critical review of current research on regional innovation systems in small and medium-sized regions. Regional innovation policies in small and medium-sized regions are discussed.
