变质核杂岩概述

AN OUTLINE OF METAMORPHIC CORE COMPLEX

变质核杂岩理论产生于北美科迪勒拉的盆岭省，２０多年来，已经发展成熟并在世界范围内推广。本文总结了典型变质核杂岩的基本特征、主要类型和形成模式。最后，对比了华南地区与北美科迪勒拉盆岭省地壳结构和构造特征的相似性，认为华南地区中一新生代存在形成变质核杂岩的基本条件，该理论为认识华南地区一些复杂地质现象提供了一种新的思路。

The theory of metamorphic core complex (Mcc) was drawn from the Basin and Range Province, Cordilleran, Northern America. Since over twenty years, it has been developed a mature theory and came into used all over the world. This paper summarizes the basic features, major types and forming model of typical .Mcc. Lastly, the similarity of crustal textures and structural features between the Basin and Range Province and South China has been correlated. At the same time, the authors hold that there is a basic condition forming Mcc in Mesozoic-Cenozoic era of South China area. So, this theory provides a new thinking for understanding the complex geological phenomena ic South China area.
