从优化设计角度，分析了钢闸门面板锈蚀裕度的合理性，随机分析了面板自重在平面弧形钢闸门自重中所占有的比例．根据新型防腐材料工艺的出现，提出了可操作性的见解和建议．

The paper,from a view of the optimized design,has made a plain analysis on the ratio nality of rust and corrosion resistance for steel sluice gate surface and computerized the weight pro protion of the surface among that of the whole arched steel sluice gate. In the light of the new creation of corrosion resistant materials, suggestions and opinions on operational procedures in production are put forward.
