摘要 目的:建立 RP-HPLC 法测定丹红粉针中丹参素、原儿茶醛、红花黄色素 A 和丹酚酸 B 等4种有效成分的含量。方法:采用 Apollo-C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱;以1%冰醋酸-乙腈为流动相梯度洗脱;流速1.0 mL·min^(-1);柱温25℃;检测波长280 nm。结果:丹参素、原儿茶醛、红花黄色素 A 和丹酚酸 B 浓度分别在1.12~11.2,0.256~2.56,3.46~34.6,36.2~362μg·mL^(-1)范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r≥0.9995),方法平均回收率分别为99.5%、101.0%、98.8%和100.8%(RSD<3.0%,n=9)。结论:本方法简便、准确,重复性好,可用于同时测定丹红注射剂中丹参素、原儿茶醛、红花黄色素 A 和丹酚酸 B 的含量。 Objective: To develop a RP - HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of 4 water - soluble components, danshensu, protocatechuic aldehyde, safflor yellow A and salviamolic acid B in danhong power for injection. Method: The analysis was carried on a Apollo - C18 (250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm) column. The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile and 1% acetic acid with gradient elution and the flow rate was 1.0 mL· min^-1. The detection wavelength was at 280 nm and column temperature was 25 ℃. Result: The linear ranges of danshensu, protocatechuic aldehyde, safflor yellow A and salviamolic acid B were 1.12 - 11.2,0. 256 -2. 56,3.46 -34. 6 and 36. 2 - 362 μg · mL^-1 ( r≥0. 9995 ), respectively. The average recoveries were 99. 5%, 101.0%, 98.8% and 100. 8% (RSD 〈 3.0% ,n = 9),respectively. Conclusion:This method is simple and can be used to determine the above 4 water - soluble components with satisfactory accuracy and reproducibility.
