摘要
目的:建立测定维铁缓释片中铁含量的火焰原子吸收法。方法:检测波长为248.3 nm,灯电流为15 mA,狭缝宽度为002 nm,燃气流量为2.0 L·min^(-1),助燃气流量为15.0 L·min^(-1)。结果:Fe 在0.0~1.0 mg·L^(-1)范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9997。精密度良好。结论:该质量标准的研究有效控制了维铁缓释片的质量,方法简单、结果准确、灵敏度高。
Objective:To establish an FAAS method for determination of the content of Fe in Ferrous Sulfate and Vitamin Complex Sustained - release Tablets. Methods: The determined wavelength was at 248.3 nm, the electric current of the light was 15 mA, the slit - width was 0. 2 nm, the flow rate of burning gas was 2. 0 L · min^ - 1 and flow rate of gas to help brun was 15.0 L · min^-1. Results:The good linear relation was determined as 0. 0 - 1.0 mg · L^-1 by FAAS with a regression coefficient of 0. 9997. The established method has good linearity and precision. Conclusion: It can be good used for controlling the quality of Ferrous Sulfate and Vitamin Complex Sustained - release Tablets. The method is simole, accurate and sensitive.
