继一年半前出台农村集体建设用地使用权上市流转法规后,作为立法试验田的广东省,如今将再次推出宅基地上市流转政策,此举意义不仅在于让农民在土地上享有更为完整的物权。
Following the release of regulations for rural construction land using one and a half years ago, as the experiment eld for legislation, Guangdong province comes out with new policy for residence land’s trading. The new policy not only gives farmers more property right of their land, but also enables citizens to buy houses in rural areas.
