Higher vocational education in China has gained great achievements in recent years, but it remains unsatisfactory to some extent at its rudimental stage. Through introduction to the present situation of higher vocational education in China, the article elaborated the influential factors affecting students development, and put forward countermeasures to foster talents in vocational colleges.
