摘要
我国煤矿安全生产的形势十分严峻,瓦斯突出是最主要的灾害,针对目前煤矿广泛采用的瓦斯抽排系统存在的问题和安全隐患,研究开发了煤矿瓦斯抽排泵的智能控制与优化运行系统;整个抽排系统的智能控制通过瓦斯浓度监测结合模糊控制算法,解决了现有井下抽排系统中经常出现的瓦斯超限问题,提高了系统的控制精度、安全性及可靠性。
The situation of coalmine safety in production in China remains serious. The chief of all disaster is the sudden gas outburst. Aiming at the problems and the potential safety hazards of the current gas pumping - exhaust system widespread used, the searched and the current system is o intelligent control of coalmine gas mobile pumping - exhaust system is repdmized. Intelligent control of coalmine gas mobile pumping - exhaust system by uniting gas concentration monitor with fuzzy control algorithm puzzles out the recurrent problem of gas overrun in the current gas pumping- exhaust system, improves the system accuracy, security and reliability.
