摘要
数控技术作为未来先进制造技术的核心内容之一,正在朝着开放化、网络化、柔性化和智能化方向发展;从数控加工在实际生产和教学的应用角度,论述了实现数控加工的关键在于编程,强调了在进行数控机床编程时应充分考虑的因素;对常用指令的区别及编程技巧、刀具补偿功能编程时应注意的问题给予了重点阐述。
Numerical - control technology as one of the core advanced manufacturing technologies in future is developing towards the direction of opening, network, flexibility and intelligence. From the applied angle of numerical - control processing in the practical manufacturing and teaching fields, the key of achieving numerical - control processing relying on programming are expounded, meanwhile the noticeable problems are emphasized; the differences between the instructions, programming techniques and equalizing function programming of cutting instruments are discussed in detail.
