摘要
建立以高效液相色谱法测定柳氮磺吡啶片含量的方法。色谱柱：Shim-pack C18,流动相：甲醇-乙腈-水（35∶35∶30）,流速：0.9mL.min-1,检测波长：365nm。柳氮磺吡啶检测浓度在5-40μg.mL-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均加样回收率为100.28%,RSD=0.77%。方法简便、快速,结果可靠准确。
A HPLC method for determination of sulfasalazine tablets was established. A Shim-pack C18 column was used with the mobile phase of methanol, acetonitrile and water （35 ： 35 ： 30） at the flow rate of 0. 9 mL · min^-1. The detection wavelength was set at 365nm. The calibration range was 5-40ug · mL^-1 with r=0. 9999. The average recovery was 100.28M and RSD=0. 77%. This method is simple, rapid and accurate.
