一种高精度数字伺服系统控制器设计

A Design of Digital Controller Used for Servo System with High Precision

摘要 设计了以TMS320F2812为核心的用于高精度伺服控制场合的数字控制器。详细介绍了控制器的硬件电路设计及注意事项,给出了采用SVPWM技术的控制软件流程,对实验样机进行了测试。实验结果表明,控制器达到了设计目标,具有较高的角度/位置伺服性能和速度伺服性能。 A controller based on TMS320F2812 was designed for servo systems with high precision. First, the hardware of the controller was introduced in detail ; then the flow chart of software used SVPWM technology was shown in the paper, A permanent magnet synchronous motor was used to test the performance of the system, and test results showed that the system has good performance of angle, position and speed servo capability as the controller was designed properly.
