摘要
结合一台5.5 kW的四相开关磁阻电动机展开驱动控制系统的设计。功率变换器采用四相电机性价比最高的最少主开关器件主电路形式。控制器以TMS320LF240为核心主控单元,硬件电路简单可靠,并提高了控制精度。控制方法采用模糊智能控制技术,无需电机的精确数学模型即可达到理想的控制效果。采用电压PWM的调速方式,通过调节PWM波的占空比实现调速。
A new driving control system was designed for a 5.5 kW four phase SRM. A Power converter circuit of the best performance and rate was introduced. The system adopted TMS320LF240 as main control chip of controller. It's circuit was simple and improve control precision. Fuzzy theory is adopted on method of control, it didnl need math model of electric machine and could achieve perfect control effect. Control mode adopted voltage PWM,regulating open time to timing.
