阿托伐他汀对血脂正常的老年收缩期高血压患者脉压的影响

Effect of the atorvastatin on puIse pressure in aged patients with isolated systoIic hypertension

目的:观察钙拮抗剂类和他汀类药物对老年单纯收缩期高血压(ISH)不伴高脂血症患者脉压的影响。方法:60例老年ISH不伴高脂血症患者随机分为对照组(硝苯地平缓释片治疗)和联合治疗组(硝苯地平+阿托伐他汀治疗),疗程均为12周。观察收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)及脉压(PP)的变化。结果:两组患者在治疗第4周时SBP、DBP均已达标,两者之间差别无显著性。治疗第8周时,联合治疗组的SBP下降幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组第8周、第12周时PP显著下降(P<0.05),而对照组下降无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:他汀类药物同钙拮抗剂合用有益于控制老年单纯收缩性高血压者的脉压。

Objective.. To observe the effect of nlfedlplne and statlns on pulse pressure of aged patients with isolated systolic hypertension （ISH） without hyperlipidemla. Methods： A total of 60 aged ISH patients without hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into the control group （30 cases, treated with nifedipine） and therapeutic group （30 cases, treated with nifedipine and atorvastatin）. The SBP, DBP, PP were recorded. Results.. The effects were no significant differences between the two groups on the 4th week, Until the 8th week, there was significant difference on the decrease of SBP. DBP and PP. between the two groups （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The combination of nifediplne and statlns is speculated beneficial to control the PP of aged ISH patient.
