扩张型心肌病并发心律失常时超声心动图分析

Analysis of echocardiography in dilated cardiomyopaphy associated with arrhythmia

目的:探讨扩张型心肌病(DCM)心房颤动和左束支传导阻滞与心脏左房、左室内径的相关性。方法:入选临床诊断为DCM的患者123例,其中正常传导组57例,单纯房颤组44例,单纯左束支传导阻滞组16例,房颤+左束支传导阻滞组6例。结果:心房颤动的发生与左房内径扩大密切相关(P<0.05),而左束支传导阻滞的发生与左室内径扩大无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论:DCM患者左房内径扩大增加发生心房颤动的危险。

Objective： To analyses the correlation between atrial fibrillation （AF） and left atrial diameter （LAD）. as well as between left bundIe branch block （LBBB） and left ventricular diameter （LVD） in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy （DCM）. Methods： The 123 patients with DCM according with the diagnostic standard of WHO all underwent electrocardiogram, echocardiography and chest x-ray examination, Among these patients, there were 57 patients with normal conduction. 44 patients with AF, 16 patients with LBBB, 6 patients with AF and LBBB. Results. The occurrence of AF was closely correlated with the expansion of LAD （P〈0.05）, whereas the development of LBBB had no correlation with the enlargement of LVD （P〉0. 05 ）. Conclusion.. In Patients with DCM. the expansion of LAD increase the risk of occurrence of AF.
