摘要
通过盆栽试验研究了不同浓度镉胁迫对玉米生理生化特性的影响。结果表明,随镉浓度升高,叶片的膜脂过氧化作用加剧,质膜透性升高。就整个生育时期而言,各处理叶片可溶性糖含量表现为拔节期含量高,开花期含量下降,蜡熟期含量又有所升高(CH除外)。3种浓度镉胁迫的可溶性蛋白含量与对照比达到1%显著水平,低、中、高浓度的镉处理都使脯氨酸含量明显升高,SOD活性随处理浓度升高而上升,CAT活性随处理浓度升高而下降,POD活性变化不规律。
Effects of cadmium stress on physiological and biochemical traits of maize were studied with a pot experiment in the present study. The experiment results showed that lipid peroxidation was aggravated and membrane permeability was enhanced. In regard to whole grow period, soluble sugar content showed a increasing trend during jointing stage, decreasing trend in flowering stage and then an increasing trend, too,in wax stage under cadmium stress (exception of CH). Soluble protein content exhibited a 1% significant level in contrast with the control. Proline content always increased under cadmium stresses at dosages of low,moderate, high concentrations. Activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) increased with the concentration of cadmium enhancement. However, catalase (CAT) activity was contrary and peroxidase (POD) activity was exhibited irregulary.
