摘要
研究不同浓度丙溴磷迫胁下,油菜的抗氧化酶(过氧化氢酶、超氧化物歧化酶)活性及过氧化产物丙二醛含量的变化。结果表明,2种浓度的丙溴磷均诱导了油菜超氧化物歧化酶活性,随着作用时间的延长,低浓度组诱导过氧化氢酶活性,高浓度组先诱导后抑制过氧化氢酶活性。丙二醛含量明显高于对照组,并随作用时间的延长,逐渐降低。
An experiment was carried out to study the effects of various dosages of profenofos on activities of catalase (CAT), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) in rape. The results showed that the activities of SOD increased, while the activity of CAT firstly reduced and followed increased With a higher dosage of profenofos exposed.
