双毛细管柱气相色谱法测定水样中多种有机磷农药残留量

Determination of Multi-Residues of Organophosphorus Pesticides in Water by Double Column Gas Chromatography

水样中19种有机磷农药残留经乙腈萃取，采用双毛细管柱、双火焰光度检测器进行测定。测定结果19种有机磷农药回收率为66．32％～117．2％，相对标准偏差为1．50％～15．89％，检出限0．06～0．30μg·L^-1。

Multi-residues of organophosphorus pesticides in water were extracted by acetonitrile. Nineteen organophosphorus pesticide residues were determined with double capillary columns （ DB-1, DB-17） and double detectors （ FPD1, FPD2）. The results showed that the recovery ratios were in an range of 66.32%-117.2%, the RSD was 1.50%-15.89%, and the detection limits were in a range of 0.06 -0.30 μg · L^-1 , respectively.
