摘要
采用固相萃取方法对不同产地苹果中DOP的含量进行了分析检测。结果表明,固相萃取对苹果中DOP的回收率达到85%,最低检测浓度达到0.02μg.g-1,液相条件下DOP出峰达到基线分离。可以看出,不同产地苹果中DOP含量有明显的差异,其中山东烟台富士苹果中DOP最高,达到0.48μg.g-1,陕西洛川富士苹果并没有检测出DOP。
In this article, we determined contents of dioctyl phthalate (DOP) in apples collected form different producing areas with a high performance liquid chromatography. The sample containing phthalate was extracted and cleaned-up by solid-phase -extraction. The results showed that contents of DOP were greatly in variable. The contents of DOP in apples collected from Shandong were 0.48 μg · g ^-1 and higher than that of the others.
