摘要
采用高效规整填料提高裂解汽油加氢装置脱碳九塔分离效果和C8芳烃收率。为解决分离效果问题在开车过程对填料塔的精馏过程建立模型,推算出适宜的回流比和塔釜温度。同时提出优化操作的方案,并在实际中得到应用。
Increase the separating effect and the C8 aromatics yield by using high efficient regular packing. In order to solve the effect problem, a model of distillation process for packing tower is set up to calculate the reasonable minimum reflux ratio and bottom temperature of the tower. At the same time, a optimum operation program is put forward and used in production.
