摘要
本文从中国的特定宏观经济条件出发,构造数量理论框架,研究社会保障支付对总需求和总供应变量的各种不同影响,分析社会保障支付对经济增长、价格、政府财政开支等中国宏观经济变量的效应。从这个理论出发,对各种社会保障政策进行分析,以求最优的综合社会效益。
Based on China＇s specific economic conditions, this paper studies the influences of social security payment on aggregate demand and aggregate supply in order to reveal its effects on macroeconomic variables such as economic growth, price and fiscal spending. Further, it analyzes different social security policies for the optimal comprehensive social benefits.
