摘要
本文讨论了在微机联机的分析系统中建立被研究的物理量和观察到的模拟量之间的数学模型的软件方法。文中讨论了直线、曲线拟合、分段多项式逼近以及三次样条函数方法在微机联机的光度和电位分析系统中的应用,此种软件模型方法比硬件校正方法更灵活,精度更高,并且极易广泛应用于各种计算机化的分析系统中,采用本模型方法所求得的实验结果是令人满意的。
A software method for establishing mathematical relationship between physical quantitics and analo(?) signals in microcomputer-controlled analytical systems is described. The application of linear tnd nonlinear regression, piecewise polynomial appoximation and third-order spline function in microcomputer-controlled spctrophotometer and pontentiometric analyzer is discussed in detail. The software modelling method is more flexible and has higher precision than hardware method, thus can be widely used in comcuter-controlled analytical systems. The experimental results achieved with this method are satisfactory.
