人力资源管理与企业绩效的关系探析 被引量:2

摘要 HRM与企业绩效的关系一直是人力资源研究的重要课题。文章分两个渐进的问题分析HRM与企业绩效的关系,认为HRM能够对企业绩效产生正向影响,并且认为优秀的HRM能够促进企业提高组织创新、技术创新、文化创新的能力,进而提高企业绩效。
