前列腺内药物注射治疗难治性慢性细菌性前列腺炎的疗效分析

THE TREATMENT OF INJECTING PROSTATE DRUG IN PROSTATE ON PATIENTS WITH REFRACTORY CHRONIC BACTERIAL PROSTATITIS

目的探讨前列腺内药物注射治疗难治性慢性细菌性前列腺炎的疗效。方法分析278例难治性慢性前列腺炎患者的前列腺液细菌培养及药敏结果,选用敏感抗生素及其他相关药物经会阴部注入前列腺内。结果278例中临床治愈86例,好转147例,无效45例,总有效率83.8%。结论前列腺内药物注射治疗难治性慢性细菌性前列腺炎具有较显著的疗效。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of the treatment for refractorychronic bacterial prostatitis with intraprostatie injection. Methods 278 cases of refraetoryehronie bacterial prostatitis received bacteria cultivation of prostate fluid and drug sensitivity tests. They were treated with intraprostatie injection of mixed liquid of I or 2 sensitive antibiotics and other drugs. Results Among 278 cases 86 were cured, 147 had improvement, 45 were ineffective, the total efficiency rate was 83.8%. Conclusion Intraprestatie injection is effective for the treatment of refraetoryehronie bacterial prostatitis.
