子宫内膜异位症大鼠孕娠状况及中药莪菱胶囊的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨子宫内膜异位症与孕娠的关系及莪菱胶囊的干预作用。方法建立大鼠子宫内膜异位症模型,观察莪棱胶囊连续给药90天对大鼠子宫内膜异位症的发生率、妊娠率及仔鼠成活率等的干预作用,实验同时设立正常对照组、内异症模型组和丹那唑组。结果莪菱胶囊和丹那唑对大鼠异位内膜大小具有明显的抑制作用。同时显著提高内膜异位症胎鼠的成活率,与模型组比较差异有显著意义,但对内异症的发生率及交配受孕率无明显影响。结论莪菱胶囊对大鼠子宫内膜异症具有显著的抑制作用,并明显提高胎鼠的成活率,但无助于提高内异症大鼠的受孕率。
