抗-HBe抗体室内质量控制探讨

ON ANTI-HBE ANTIBODY INDOOR QUALITY CONTROL

目的探讨使用低值质控品在乙肝抗-HBe抗体室内质控的意义,并通过使用日期-吸光度描点的质控图指导对抗-HBe抗体进行室内质控。方法对2006年3月抗-HBe抗体检测结果进行统计分析,绘制质控图,并对质控图进行分析。结果抗-HBe抗体的临界值与质控品的吸光度值统计有统计学差异,通过绘制质控图可以对质控品和操作过程进行质量控制。结论采用临界值-质控品吸光度值质控图更能直观的反应整个检测过程和检测结果的可靠性,且节省计算量。

Objective To probe into the significance of using low - quality control in anti - HBe antibody indoor quality control and absorption method was used to supervise the quality. Methods HBe antibody test results in March 2006 were analyzed, QC chart was mapped and quality were controlled. Results The difference between critical value of anti - HBe antibody products and the absorbance of statistical quality control was statistically significant. Rendering quality control can be used to control quality. Conclusion Using critical value - Controls response absorbance value on quality control and testing the reliability of the entire testing process is believable and saving.
