摘要
介绍了玉米秸秆穿流干燥机的工艺流程、主要设计参数。生产能力为1 t·h-1,设计采用组合干燥工艺,保证干燥品质,节能显著,使秸秆一次降至最佳水分。
A cross flow drying process and its main parameters are introduced in this paper. A dryer with productivity of 1 ton per hour and a composite technology was designed in order to improve drying quality. The dryer can dry mealie stalk to its final moisture content with low energy conservation, automatic operation, and a high quality in one process.
