摘要 研制了一台带双柱、双阀和高灵敏度氩离子化检测器的高纯度氩气纯度分析仪。它可以检测纯度为6个“9”(99.9999%)的氩气中的痕量甲烷、二氧化碳、氧气、氢气、氮气和一氧化碳等六种杂质,最小检测浓度分别为0.02,0.03、0.06、0.08,0.3和0.4ppm。总分析时间,包括阀切换时间在内,不超过十分钟。两根色谱柱分别装改性分子筛和Porapak Q担体。检测器采用Ni^(63)放射源,并用有机改性剂进行改进。该仪器适用于分析钢瓶氩气和氩气生产在线分析。 A two column, two valve high purity argon analyzer with a sensitive argon ionization detector has been developed. It can analyze trace methane, carbon dioxide, oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen and carbon monoxide in argon (99.9999%). The minimum detectable concentrations of these impurities are 0.02, 0.03, 0.06, 0.08, 0.3 and 0.4 ppm respectively. The total analysis time, including valve switching time, is less than 10 minutes. One column is packed with molecular sieve, the other with Porapak Q. The detector uses ^(63)Ni radiation source improved with organic modifiers. The instruments is suitable for cylinder argon analysis and argon production on-line analysis.
