摘要
为了提高水轮机调速器的可靠性,对全数字式水轮机调速器进行了研究,它以可编程控制器(PLC)为基础,结合专用集成电路技术(application specific integrated circuit,ASIC)进行测频和位移测量,同时采用一个全数字式的液压控制系统——数字阀插装阀并联液压控制系统,从而构成一个真正的全数字式水轮机调速器,即从信号的采集到控制的输出全部实现了数字化.在水轮机调速器半物理仿真实验台上进行了实验.结果表明,它的控制性能良好,可以满足水轮机对调速器的要求.
In order to improve the reliability of the hydraulic turbine speed governor, a totally digitized governor was studied. It was based on a programmable logical controller (PLC) system, in which application specific integrated circuit (ASIC) technology was used to measure the governor speed and the cylinder position. The hydraulic control system for this governor was a parallel connected system, in which an ordinary direction valve controlled cartridge valves and high speed on-off valves were combine together to control the cylinder position. So a totally digitized speed governor was formed. This new type speed governor was tested in the hardware-in-loop hydraulic turbine speed governor experiment system. The experimental results showed that its control performance is good and that it is suitable for hydraulic speed governor.
